Second verse, same as the first. A little bit slower and a little bit worse. Not really worse, but I will be walking farther and stopping to do sets of crunches and stretches more frequently. Total 2 miles.
I have decided that this year I will run a half marathon. I have ran my first half marathon and am now training for a second. This blog is mostly for my owns means, so that I may keep track of my training and collect inspiration.
