Yesterday was day ten in a row of work, so I took it off from exercise. I went to the gym this morning, and plan on going on a run in a little while. At least two miles, hopefully more.
I have decided that this year I will run a half marathon. I have ran my first half marathon and am now training for a second. This blog is mostly for my owns means, so that I may keep track of my training and collect inspiration.
