Yesterday was my day off from working out. Today I did some stretching at the gym then ran 3.6 miles with a friend. After which we went to the diner and had some oh so bad for us breakfast.... Now I feel comatose.
I have decided that this year I will run a half marathon. I have ran my first half marathon and am now training for a second. This blog is mostly for my owns means, so that I may keep track of my training and collect inspiration.
